California Evaluation Protocols - Free Download
The California Evaluation Protocols prescribe the way in which program evaluations shall be conducted. The protocols cover 10 types of evaluations and evaluation studies and related activities. These include impact, process and market-effects evaluations, measurement and verification approaches, evaluations of codes and standards and emerging technology programs, approaches for selecting sample sizes and for dealing with evaluation uncertainty issues, evaluation reporting requirements and methods for estimating effective useful life. These protocols apply to evaluations of programs launched after January 1, 2006.
